The one Mountain kaasht city that very few outsiders will ever see is Mraakii Eevuu. Nestled high in the northern Skytop mountain range on Mirran, it consists of the restored ruins of a far more ancient city, designed before the Time of Madness and cared for with loving attention by its small compliment of priestly residents. The arcitecture is absolutely stunning, fit with flying arches and perilously tall towers, made completely of a white, alabaster-like stone and carved in relief with magnifiscent patterns. The whole city carries an aire of ancient mystery about it. Its name means "holy city" and it is the religious center for Wreamraa Horoon, the monotheistic faith of the Mountain kaasht.

Mraakii Eevuu is, on the whole, empty. The only permanent residents are an order of peaceful monks who follow the teachings of their singular deity. They do not make up enough numbers to fill the vast number of buildings, but they spend their whole lives tending to these buildings and keeping the entire city in pristine condition. Among these monks, about half are dedicated to preservation of the city, while a fourth patrols the surrounding mountains for lost kaasht and intruders, and the last fourth offers prayers and meditations to their god. Shifts switch every other year to spread around different kinds of work. The ranging priests are also the chief hunters for Mraakii Eevuu's inhabitants, though their diet consists of as many vegetables and herbs as it does red meat.

Due to its religious nature, Mraakii Eevuu has no trade to speak of, and due to its secretive residents, little in the way of tourism. Every kaasht inducted into Wreamraa Horoon, however, must make a pilgrimage to this city in search of a vision for his or her life's work. These pilgrims are accepted warmly and protected for up to two years, at which time, if they have not found their mission or simply have not left yet, they are gently turned away with supplies for a return trip.

Despite its unknown location and secretive ways, there is one kaasht within Mraakii Eevuu who is known throughout Tryne and who often is called in to settle disputes or give words of wisdom. This kaasht, the Elder Priest of the Mountains, translated into Kashtian as "Maaxaa Kaamraa se maa Hooron", or Maakaamraa for a simpler title, is essentially the leader of the Wreamraa Horoon. He is, without fail, gentle, kind, thoughtful, and wise, usually tail-picked by the previous high priest. He usually lives well beyond the age of 200. One was rumored to have reached 300, but there is no recorded proof of this. The kaasht in this position is considered an elder of all Mountain kaasht and is afforded great respect.
