Appearance:	Luccicare is a quite pretty murin... very sleek, not too skinny or anything. He's also rather shiny. Blindingly so. His body is mostly a searing shade of neon turquoise-y blue, and his mane/ruff bright iridescent purple edged in royal blue, extending into markings on his face.
History:	Luccicare used to be a regal and reserved Sky kaasht. Until he died, anyway. Rather inconvenient, that. Can't go around advising kaasht then, can you? Given the opportunity he was perfectly willing to return as a Murin and help out some kit. Give advice, that sort of thing... he'd already done that, right? Figures. He would end up neon blue... and in a short fit of insanity (or something) after finding that out, he ended up bonding with a rather content young Beach... fudge. But wait, he was training to be a diplomat! Problem solved, indeed. While being all blindingly shiny has humbled him a bit, Luccicare still is a mostly level-headed, serious sort of creature, well-suited to giving advice on diplomatic matters. He'll usually only talk to Eikou, although a few of his friends are interesting enough to warrant attention, especially the rather confused Rail. Too bad he sometimes gets downgraded to the role of "distraction" when things go wrong...
