Appearance: Sarab's body build it slim and quite beautiful. Her lack of muscles quickly reveals that she's not a fighter, and so does her well groomed shining fur. Her chocolate brown eyes used to have a spark of life in them, but after the death of her mother the spark has been drowned by sorrow.

The young mundane is a beautiful mix of large chocolate brown, light brown and white spots. The white spots have small chocolate and light brown spots inside them. A chocolate brown spot covers her young face and ears, but above her black nose is a small oval white spot. Her chest, underbelly, legs, half of her tail to the tail tip, glares stripes and eartuffs are light brown in color. The rest of her body is chocolate brown, with a large white spot on her neck, back, hip and base of her tail and another two along her double colored tail.

History: Sarab's mother had always been fascinated by the Plains Kaasht and wanted to study their society. So even though she was pregnant she set off to do this. She settled down for some time, when she gave birth to Sarab. When the kit was big enough to travel with her mother, the study of the Plains' society was continued.

Sarab was a young lovable kit, who did everything her mother asked her to. She learned much about the aggressive Plains, but was also told about many other kinds of kaasht, although she never saw any.

One faithful day Sarab and her mother was attacked by a group of Plains Kaasht. The mother Plateau did everything to protect her mother, but in the end, five Plains Kaasht were too much for her. Sarab had no fighting experience, and her weak abilities were easily avoided by the trained Plains. An Ensnare was all it took to keep Sarab still. She was terrified by the scene which unfolded before her, and her fear only grew when she realized what was going on. From what the Plains said she found out that they had been spying for a long time, and decided that Sarab's mother was not fit for a life as a slave... but the young Sarab was indeed.

Sarab was brought to Varag where it was explained to her that she was now the property of Cavenaat Saakoo. The young Plateau didn't know what to do, so she bowed her head and accepted her fate. Along with a young Valley Kaasht, named Aidaara, she arrived at Cavenaat's mansion.

Aidaara is probably the one thing which keeps Sarab from dying of sorrow. The Valley Kaasht's cheerful spirit is a light in Sarab's dark world. Had Aidaara not been there, Sarab would likely have killed herself by not eating. Already she is eating just enough to survive, and it is slowly starting to get visible.
