All Kaasht Sky Kaasht Forest Kaasht Plains Kaasht Mountain Kaasht Desert Kaasht Cave Kaasht Beach Kaasht Valley Kaasht Old Mystics Tundra Kaasht Marsh Kaasht Plateau Kaasht Isle Kaasht Lunar Kaasht Color Abilities All Kaasht Abilities Ability Search: Ability Search can only be used on kits (around 36 years and younger), and lets the user know all of the magical abilities that the kit has. Combine: Combine gives the physical features of one breed to a kaasht, such as giving Sky kaasht wings to a Cave kaasht, or giving a Mountain's thick pelt to a Plateau. Any kaasht larger than a typical Sky that gives itself wings, however, won't be able to do much more than glide. Illusion: Illusion, as stated, allows a kaasht to create a visual illusion. The illusion does not have sound, smell, nor is it solid. Its size and realism depends on the kaasht's familiarity and strength with the ability, and the illusion lasts only as long as the kaasht has energy to sustain it. More than one illusion can be made at once. Illusions cannot be seen by minena. Link: Link allows two kaasht to link their abilities and energy pool together and share each other's magical strength. An extremely powerful kaasht can seize control of the Link and steal the other's abilities and energy, though this is very hard to do. The Link does not allow the sharing or theft of color abilities. Mimic: Mimic grants a kaasht the ability to change its appearance to that of another kaasht it has seen or met. The change is only physical-- scent, abilities, voice, and etcetera do not change. Perceive: Perceive lets a kaasht know when an ability is in use nearby, and lets them detect who the ability's user is. It does not let the kaasht know what the ability is. Shackle: Shackle prevents a kaasht from using its magical abilities as long as the Shackle is sustained by its invoker-- it does not steal the abilities. A Shackle does not block a kaasht's color ability. Shape Change: Shape Change allows a kaasht to change its shape in any way, as long as the form changed into is of equal size or smaller than the kaasht's natural form. A kaasht can change only its physical aspects, or can completely change into another creature, such as a fufami or a murin. Note that when a kaasht completely changes its form to that of another animal, the kaasht gains whatever natural abilities the creature has (such as a gurgan's shield or a minena's magical immunity), but loses its own magical abilities in the process. A complete Shape Change also runs the risk of changing the kaasht's mind to that of the shifted creature, so the kaasht must be very careful of losing its mind to that of the beast's. Changing completely into another kaasht breed will not give a kaasht that species' breed abilities, since abilities have to be learned and practiced, and the kaasht will still lose its own abilities due to the foriegn shape. The Shape Change can only be held as long as the kaasht has energy to sustain it, and the ability is fairly draining. Shield: A Shield only blocks physical attacks and objects-- it cannot block purely magical things like Fireballs and Levin Bolts. Shields do not affect minena. Beach Kaasht Abilities Water Blast: Water Blast differs from Water Slam in that it can only be performed when water is nearby, using that water. It does not create water out of nothing. It is a simple high speed water jet attack. Water Slam: Unlike Water Blast, Water Slam creates water and therefore does not require the invoker to be near any natural water. It also differs from Water Blast in that it is a wave attack, rather like the Isle Kaasht's Tsunami, or a weaker version of the Purple colour ability Water Wave. Valley Kaasht Abilities Deception: Deception affects the caster, making all other kaasht believe the user is someone that they're not. Since this affects other kaasht' perceptions of the Decepted one, the Deception encompasses all of the five senses. Plateau Kaasht Abilities Double Kaasht: When this ability is used, the resulting kaasht are completely identical in appearance. This ability can be used twice in order to make two clones of the original kaasht, but takes so much energy that only a Guilder or one particularly skilled with the ability can do so. Form: Form transforms anything that is inorganic (stone, metal, glass, etc.) into something that is organic (plant or animal life/matter). Form cannot be undone. Isle Kaasht Abilities Flesh Golem: The typical golem is relatively pet-sized, in the fufami to small fleepip range. The smaller a golem is, the more stable it is, and the longer it lasts. A typical pet-sized golem lasts about a month before it collapses, though the kaasht can use its magic to sustain the golem indefinately. Most kaasht cannot sustain more than three golems of this size, though those who are incredibly gifted with the ability have had up to five. Larger golems can be made, even up to gurgan size, but these burn out and collapse within a couple hours, and no amount of maintenance will sustain them, nor can they be re-resurrected. Golems of such size also take so much energy to create that the creator frequently passes out from exhaustion afterwards. Fusion: Typically, two is the maximum number of kaasht that can Fuse through using this ability. Some rare, well-trained and highly-skilled individuals can create three-kaasht Fusions, but instances of this are extremely rare and incredibly difficult. Lunar Kaasht Abilities Transfigure: Transfigure allows the kaasht to completely turn into another animal, regardless of size, gaining the animal's natural abilities and losing its own magical abilities in the process. Like with Shape Change, the danger of losing one's mind to that of the beast is a serious risk. The new form can only be held as long as the kaasht has the energy to sustain it. Color Abilities Disrupt/Disrupt 2/Disrupt 3: These abilities only disrupt a portion of a kaasht's magical abilities. Color abilities are unaffected. Chaos: Half of the target's magical abilities are blocked, and given to the invoker. This lasts 24 hours, unless one of the kaasht dies. Color abilities are not effected. Sacrifice: Three-fourths of the target's magical abilities are blocked, and given to the invoker. This lasts 24 hours, unless one of the kaasht dies. Color abilities are not effected. Total Annihilation: All of the target's magical abilities are blocked, and given to the invoker. This lasts 24 hours, unless one of the kaasht dies. Color abilities are not effected. |
