II ee, as in eat
O oh, as in home
OO oo, as in root

Note: The vowels "a" and "aa" in ancient forms of Forrmiir are reversed: "a" is the stronger vowel sound and "aa" is the softer vowel sound. The influence of Kashtian has caused these two vowels to exist as they are now. The same is likely to happen to "i" and "ii" in written form in the near future. In some heavily populated locations, where Kashtian is prominent and no minendona are around to correct the error, such is already occuring among minendiina.
