The only natural markings on Cuthach's body are the three stripes on his hindquarters, his tear stripe, and the blue tip on his right ear. As a kaasht just out of his kit-age, his clan had done to him as they did to all of his age; adorned him with strange stripes that looked like they weren't a part of his natural coat, and, of course, they weren't. They used a sort of dye that soaked into the skin and eventually the fur started to grow that color. They had been careful, of course, to match it with the color of his original stripes. His tail remained untouched, as did his mane. They remain the same forest green as the rest of his non-stripe, non-dyed fur.
