Once you're ready to make a new character, just select the right form, fill it in, and send it off! Everything you need to know is on the site, but if you have any questions, take a look at the Character Tutorial - if that doesn't help, post a message on the forum.

If this is your first attempt at making a character, it is strongly suggested that you read the Character Creation Tutorial first. Don't forget to read the Rules, too.
